My Name is Elia Hanania. I am a real estate professional/Sales Associate agent in Jacksonville, Florida. I have lived in Jacksonville since 1967 and have called Jacksonville, Florida my home and place for my wife and I to raise our 2 wonderful children. My wife is from Chicago, Illinois and we are excited about living here in the sunshine state. We enjoy the people,seasons, and many outdoor activities available to us. In my entrepreneurship I am well known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyer, sellers, cooperating agents. I don’t share my same paradigm which has made it a priority for me to ensure a better way. My approach to any transaction is this, “it is about the people, not the agent”.
